  • The production of new products (food, cosmetics, packaging, detergents, cellulose, colors and related raw materials), and the related technology
  • Relevant updated knowledge in the mentioned fields

Objectives

  • Developing and applying human knowledge in the field of "safety of health products"
  • Increasing safety development of domestic health products
  • Collecting, adjusting and classifying relevant documents and papers, and publishing them
  • Teaching human resources to research on the safety of health products
  • Encouraging and employing researchers
  • Attracting attention and cooperation of relevant research and executive centers in the country
  • Scientific cooperation with research and teaching centers of other countries and international organizations in accordance with the laws and regulations of Islamic Republic of Iran
  • Scientific and research assistance to related industries and cooperation with them
  • Conducting fundamental epidemiological and clinical research in order to improve the health services delivery system of the country to meet the needs of the Islamic community
  • Making efforts to reduce dependence on imported product

Facilities

This center uses the facilities and equipment of the control laboratory of Food and Drug Department.
