The University Internationalization Workshop, designed for faculty members and academic administrators, was held on February 24, 2025.

During the session, Dr. Modabber, Director of International Affairs at Qazvin University of Medical Sciences, provided an overview of the establishment and activities of the university’s International Affairs Office. Additionally, research papers from other universities were presented, discussing faculty perspectives on essential measures for internationalization across various sectors, including education, student affairs, research and healthcare.

Furthermore, the existing opportunities for international engagement at Qazvin University of Medical Sciences, as well as the challenges in expanding international activities—particularly in the field of education—were examined. Participants also discussed potential strategies to enhance the university’s internationalization efforts.

It was concluded that the most critical factor in advancing the university’s internationalization process is fostering a culture that emphasizes the necessity of this initiative among faculty members and staff.
