Duties of the Board of Directors
- Propose the university’s organizational chart and office reforms to the Board of Trustees.
- Oversee the implementation of their decisions and supervise affiliated units’ activities.
- Coordinate responsibilities among the vice chancellors.
- Review administrative and financial regulations and prepare projects and agendas for the Board of Trustees.
- Propose the university’s annual budget to the Board of Trustees.
- Approve and allocate sabbatical and short-term research leaves for academic and research staff.
