22 Bahman Teaching Center is a rented facility owned by the Railway. It occupies a total area of approximately 4,080 m², including a campus and medical center area of 3,076 m², a green space of 500 m², and a parking lot of about 300 m². The center is located in Parastar Valley, Rah Ahan Street, Qazvin.
Separated from the Booali Teaching Center Complex in 2008, 22 Bahman has been the only psychiatric center in the province since then. In summer 2012, a Methadone Maintenance Treatment (MMT) center was also established here.

The center has four departments:

It has a total of 76 beds:
- Emergency Department: 16 beds
- Women’s Department: 30 active beds
- Men’s Department: 30 active beds
Each department includes a seclusion room for managing aggressive or agitated patients.
