The Vice-Chancellor’s Office for Administration and Resource Development of Qazvin University of Medical Sciences is an Office for making arrangements of other activities of the organization that provides all the vital conditions and efforts of the university to achieve organizational goals. Formal organization of the Vice-Chancellor’s Office for Administration and Resource Development of Qazvin University of Medical Sciences and Health Services was approved in 1991 in order to promote Qazvin School of Medicine to Qazvin University of Medical Sciences.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing and proposing administrative and financial policies of the universityto the university council in the form of rules and regulations existed in intended goals of the university
- Supervising the implementation of policies approved by the university units
- Supervising the good performance of administrative, financial, services and repairing affairs of the university
- Establishing coordination between the affairs of university headquarters and the main duties as well as responsibilities to achieve the intended goals as soon as possible
- Participating in committees, conferences, commissions, administrative and financial seminars
