The Vice-Chancellor’s Office for Administration and Resource Development plays a vital role in ensuring the university’s operational and developmental efficiency by coordinating administrative, financial, and infrastructure-related activities. Established formally in 1991, coinciding with the transformation of Qazvin School of Medicine into Qazvin University of Medical Sciences, the office has since served as the backbone of resource planning and institutional development.
Primary Responsibilities
· Formulation and Proposal of Administrative and Financial Policies
Drafting policies aligned with national regulations and university goals.
· Supervision of Policy Implementation
Ensuring that all approved financial and administrative policies are executed effectively across university units.
· Oversight of Administrative, Financial, and Support Services
Monitoring the efficiency of operations in financial services, administrative affairs, general services, maintenance, and repairs.
· Coordination of Headquarters and Operational Units
Facilitating communication and operational harmony between central administrative offices and academic/health service divisions to achieve institutional goals efficiently.
· Participation in Strategic Committees and Forums
Representing the university in various administrative, financial, and development-focused meetings, committees, and national seminars.
